We’re excited to introduce the Automatic Follow-Up Sequences feature on DomainEasy — now in beta! This powerful tool is designed to help brokers and sellers save time, reduce manual effort, and improve follow-up efficiency with high-quality leads.

🔧 What’s New

You can now create custom follow-up sequences using your saved message templates. Each sequence allows you to define the timing and content of follow-up messages that are automatically sent to your leads over time.

🛠 How It Works

• Start with Templates: Go to the Template Center to create and manage your messages using dynamic variables to personalize responses.
• Create a Sequence: In the Follow-Up section, define a new sequence name and select from your saved templates.
• Schedule Each Step: Assign day delays to each message. Each step sends automatically after a set number of days from the previous message.
• Preview & Edit: Hover to preview, click to edit or remove steps.
• Assign to Leads: Go to any lead and assign an existing sequence. You can still manually message leads while the automated sequence runs in the background.
